One topic that comes up in Life Coaching is the Watcher / Observer concept.
This concept is about how we can watch and observe our own thoughts in a conscious position that is kinda like stepping outside of ourselves.
As the Watcher / Observer, we can look at our thoughts as separate from who we are. Our thoughts are just there as a separate entity. As the Watcher, we can observe the the thoughts we are thinking without judgement and then decide if we want to believe these thoughts or not.
I started meditating about one year ago. I was first introduced to the idea from one of the coach training courses I’ve completed, the Quantum Success Coaching Academy (QSCA). The QSCA program included many bonuses, such as the Abundance Principle Coaching Program and the Divine Manifesting System by Christy Whitman.
These two programs have similar structure. They included daily activities for 40-50 days straight, like: daily statement/affirmation (different one each day); meditation for at least 15 minutes; journal daily thoughts; visualization for at least 2 minutes; list 10 things I’m grateful for; VAKS exercise; and list 3 actions I will take today.
