Who do you want to feel love for today? You get to choose!
Love is a feeling, an emotion, a vibration in our body. As I’ve mentioned before, feelings are caused by the thoughts that we’re thinking.
So, in order to feel love, we must be thinking loving thoughts.
And the great news is that we can choose our thoughts.
Today, I want to feel love by thinking about my husband and how much I enjoy thinking loving thoughts about him.
I think about what a good heart he has, his motivation, his kindness and romance. These thoughts feel so good!
